Amitabh's father is the famous poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan and his mother's name is Teji Bachchan. Amitabh Bachchan completed his Double M.A from Delhi University. In his college days, Amitabh did a number of plays, he also worked as a radio announcer and became recognised for his heavy baritone voice. To earn money, he also worked as a freight company executive in Calcutta, India. Once rejected from Bollywood for his deep, baritone voice, Amitabh Bachchan's voice became his asset along with his persona of angry young man. He ushered in a new era in Bollywood of rugged and erring youngmen with a temper of Zeus. It was Mr. Bachchan who ended the days of sugary sweet chocolate boy hero. Amitabh Vijay BachchanAmitabh Bachchan's middle name ought to be Vijay. He had this favourite screen name in over 20 movies.
