Orlando BloomOrlando Bloom, 28 years young hunk, was born on January 13, 1977, in Canterbury, Kent, England. After giving vent to his interests and proving himself at every stage of life, he has dug a position for himself in the Hollywood industry.Orlando Bloom, a personality which is exposed as classically handsome by Peter Jackson, is taken by him for his much hyped Lord of The Rings trilogy in 1999. After that a kind of flow came in his career. Having proved himself in three Rings movies with Jackson, he planned to work with Ridley Scott on Black Hawk Down. Since then, he is working as a non-stop on new projects. 2003 saw the release of The Kelly Gang, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, and The Return of the King. In 2004, Troy and The Calcium Kid were released. Also, in 2004 he began filming his first starring role in a major production, Kingdom of Heaven, again with Ridley Scott. He was also screened in Elizabethtown by director Cameron Crowe, playing the lead role Drew Baylor. Both movies are due out in the summer of 2005. Orlando both starred in and co-produced the film. A sequel to Pirates of the Caribbean titled Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest is on the process as it started filming in March 2005, with a release date in summer 2006. When he is idle, he divides his time between London and Los Angeles. Orlando, Hollywood heartthrob, himself says that he's accident prone, and has a long injury list to prove it. He's broken his nose, his ribs, his back, his both legs, his finger, his wrist, an arm and a toe, and cracked his skull three times!
