Estella Warren was born December 23, 1978 in Petersborough, Ontario, Canada where her mother worked as an elemantary school principal and father as a used car salesman. Estella moved to Toronto at the age of 12 to train with the national synchronized swimming team. A Canadian national champion in synchronized swimming, with titles in 1994-96, Estella left a promising career in the sport she'd trained for since the age of 5 and instead, opted for modeling
