Jennifer Ellison Biography

Jennifer Ellison was born on 1^st May, 1983 in the English city of Liverpool. She was born for entertainment. Once eating at local restaurant, she surprised everyone with the words like she would be famous one day. This incident happened when she was just 2 years old. Jennifer started with singing and dancing lessons at the age of 3. She was a student of arts stream. Later her interest brought her into dancing. She has won national championships for ballet and modern dance. This particular performance gave her break in a lead role of ballet production in London’s West End.

But she always wanted to be an actress. To achieve her dream she started writing to the producer right from her childhood when she was just 9 years old. But you know the result she faced disappointment with every letter. Her parents were quite happy with her effort.  She appeared for the auditions of Brookside in the year 1998. There she was supposed to play the role of 14-year-old sisters. She was selected and acted with Suzanne Collins. The two young actresses got the parts. Ellison was signed for just six episodes. She was playing the role of Emily Shadwick O'Leary, an untamable vixen with a wild streak. With her acting charm she impressed producer and he also realized that she is genuine star with all the required skills.

Jennifer was appreciated for her work as well as look. She became so popular that she started getting bundle of fan mails everyday. Jennifer performed on the show for five years. She also performed as a model. She modeled for the brands like Marks & Spencer "Relax At Home" lingerie line in 2002. But later in 2003, she gave up with modeling and started with her music. As a nature’s rule she was initially discouraged but she managed to get a recording contract with East West.
She released her song like "Baby I Don't Care," in June 16^th 2003. She started her promotion with singing in front of 60,000 people at Southampton Road Show. Later on she released another single “Bye Bye Boy” in November 24th, 2003.
