Rachel Hunter is to demand £35million from husband Rod Stewart for her divorce settlement. . The stunning model has hired top New York lawyer, Mike Heller, to launch the lawsuit which, if successful, will see Rachel acquire half of the singer's £70million fortune. Rachel and Rod have been in the process of divorcing each other for the last 12 months and it was believed the former couple - who have two children together 13-year-old Renee and Liam, 11 - were close to finalizing proceedings.
